YWCA Kumamoto Lecture

Ongoing lectures and events

・Ayurveda for Mind and Body

Ayurveda is a traditional medical care, originated in India more than 5000 years ago. Ayurveda treatment starts with an internal purification process, followed by a special diet, herbal remedies, massage therapy, yoga, and meditation. It aims to regain a balance between the body, mind, spirit, and the environment. At this workshop, Ayurvedic doctors from Sri Lanka will introduce how to use Ayurvedic ideas in daily life.
